gina Breedlove from Vibration of Grace™ & amara tabor-smith from Deep Waters Dance Theater come together to share Vibration of Grace's latest offering, HELD™, 8 Rituals for Love, Liberation, & Interdependence.

Through HELD, we will breathe, grieve, dance, and be still together. These rituals will support participants to embrace their power, wisdom, and deepen their capacity to conjure this new world.

Who: This offering is curated for Black and Brown women and femmes. We invite you to dress comfortably, bring a journal, water, & socks.

When: Sunday, May 4th, 5pm - 7:30pm. Please arrive no later than 5:30pm.

Where: Oakland, CA (Address will be shared after registering)

Cost: Sliding scale offering: $15 -$100.

The first 30 participants to make an offering of $25 or more, will receive a signed copy of gina's book, The Vibration of Grace, Sound Healing Rituals for Liberation.

Registeration is required. Once registered, you will receive a Welcome Letter and Consent Form. You will be asked to sign this form in person before entering the space, and so, please arrive a few minutes before to allow time to sign Consent Forms and settle in.

Those who do not sign the forms will not be allowed to enter and participate in HELD.
